Donate an Auction Item

Donate an item to the Denver Broncos Alumni Charities live or silent auction and receive the benefits detailed below.

Complete the form to submit your item to the auction and to become an auction donor partner.

The Invitation:

We are inviting you to participate by donating an item to our online/silent auction for which your company will receive some amazing benefits. If you don’t have anything to donate, you can purchase one of the following items and donate it to the auction. Your company will be the official donor of that item. All proceeds go to our beneficiary, Cleats for Kids.

We accept auction items such as:

1. Physical products or gift baskets.
2. Tickets to an event, attractions, or points of interest (i.e., Museum) or travel destination.
3. Food gift cards to restaurants and fine dining.
4. A private shopping party, dinner in a private room, or a chef’s table experience.
5. Catered in-home meals (delivered) or virtual wine tasting.
6. Vacations/Vacation homes.
7. Adventurous outdoor activities (Hot air balloon, skydiving, rafting, fly fishing tour)
8. At-home spa day.
9. Autographed memorabilia.
10. Pet accessories.
11. High-end goods such as housewares and jewelry.
12. Custom artwork / custom items, something unique, of value and something someone would want to buy.
13. Certificate for a service your company will fulfill.

How This Benefits Your Company:

Your company name will be associated with the prestigious Denver Broncos Alumni Association and Charities which will bring long term immeasurable value to your company brand. You can choose the level that you would like to donate an item at, and you will receive the following benefits.

Platinum Donation Level (value $1,000 and up):

• Company logo with company profile included on the DBAA website, on the Donor’s page.
• Autographed hole sign at golf tournament with company logo.
• Company logo featured on the Homepage of the Auction website.
• Company logo and profile highlighted in clickable logo on auction website Donor’s page listed by donation level.
• Logo featured on the slideshow at the live auction event.
• A mention and tag on the DBAA Facebook page.
• Signed Certificate showing that you partnered with the DBAC for this years Auction.

Gold Donation Level ($250 – $999):

• Company logo with company profile included on the DBAA website, on the Donor’s page.
• Company logo and profile highlighted in clickable logo on auction website Donor’s page listed by donation level.
• Logo featured on the slideshow at the live auction event.
• Signed Certificate showing that you partnered with the DBAC for this years Auction.

Silver Donation Level ($100 – $249):

• Company logo with company profile included on the DBAA website, on the Donor’s page.
• Company logo and profile highlighted in clickable logo on auction website Donor’s page listed by donation level.
• Signed Certificate showing that you partnered with the DBAC for this years Auction.

Bronze Donation Level (below $100):

• Company logo and profile highlighted in clickable logo on auction website Donor’s page listed by donation level.
• Signed Certificate showing that you partnered with the DBAC for this years Auction.
